If the Event cannot take place for reasons outside of the Event’s control, registered participants will have the option to choose one of the following options, based on when the event cancelation occurs: Circumstances beyond the Event’s reasonable contract include but are not limited to war, epidemic, civil or political unrest, terrorism, curtailment of transportation, or inclement weather.
